Recognizing Attributes
Watching as feelings and emotions lie below an interior
ocean, silent and motionless, not being acknowledged
right now.
Wanting to be free of all turmoil and grief they will
cause by thinking of them, satisfied to just recognize
each of their attributes then moving on to what needs
to be done instead.
