Revive Me Poem by Justin Hendricks

Revive Me

If you gaze into my heart.
You might could make it start.
But these demons found it first.
As I can only assume the worst.

If your pain is much to real.
Then imagine how I feel.
Burning in despair, misery, and pain.
All but to your precious gain.

And if my soul is too dark to see.
Then you can go ahead and kill me.
For my life must be over.
Because I lost you my precious lover.

So when my shadow turns to dust.
I'll still gaze upon your lust.
My soul is forever yours.
Maybe one day you'll get a tour.
