RHYMING

My Heart knows more than Words can speak,
My Arms know more than Heart desires,
My Eyes know more than Arms can bring,
My Self knows craving in the Fires.

The Air feels the Roads of Heart,
The Earth feels Arms forgiving Cry,
The Fire feels in Eyes the Art,
The Water feels my Self in Sky.

Your Heart remembers me in Sigh,
Your Arms remember what to do,
Your Eyes call Wings to teach them fly -
In love with Fragrance of my Hue.

My Heart knows more than Words can speak,
The Earth feels Arms forgiving Cry,
Your Eyes call Wings to teach them fly,
Whilst Love looks graceful, pure, meek.

Poem of the Day

poet Paul Laurence Dunbar

The mist has left the greening plain,
The dew-drops shine like fairy rain,
The coquette rose awakes again
Her lovely self adorning.

The Wind is hiding in the trees,
