Seeking Asylum Or A Better Economic Life? Poem by Rajendran Muthiah

Seeking Asylum Or A Better Economic Life?

Rating: 3.8

In countries where the tyrants rule
or the terrorists spoil the life, cool,
rape and shooting, people face
and so in boats, they race
to new nations to work as a mule.

The asylum seekers shouldn't form a religious group.
To the call of extremists, let not your minds stoop.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
When people reach the borders of new nations to live by illegal ways,
the local people have the right to hate them. But be human to show mercy on them.
