Shadows Unknown Weep Wisdom’s Waters

Rating: 5.0

it is easy to walk soft silent steps unseen
like a ghost within wield world
among a crowd pushing for attention
still shadows remain unseen

many puff themselves up with pride
trouble little puffer fish hide
by inflating themselves with illusions
delusions of self importance

rising on spout hot air with balloon egos
claiming what is not their place
their right work done by back bone souls
eventually deceitful heads do roll

pretenders fast fall from false claimed heights
hands soiled not from toil
in contrast well hidden wise are souls radiant
safe within common fold

behold cool purity of clear flowing crystal waters
water seeks its own level
water seeks not to elevate itself upon great heights
beware frozen peril cruel

water attains seasoned its own multiple forms
humanities prize pools of wisdom
water is life river sustaining thirst heart beats
drinking centuries velum stratum
