Sneaky Hidden Misdeeds Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Sneaky Hidden Misdeeds

Sneaky hidden misdeeds.
Do backfire.
Revealing to bring to the light,
Singed participants.
Rushing to declare their innocence.
Yet no one can convince,
A pleading to beg for forgiveness.
Is all the proof required and needed,
That removes the evidence...
Of their guilt.
Or the remaining smell of deception.
