Something Wrong Poem by George Hunter

Something Wrong

There was a young gal called Honey
Who was told she could make lots of money
If she peddled her ass up and down
All around the whole damn town
So she bought her a bike
Pedaled all day and night
Til she looked a terrible fright
But no money was ever in sight.

I’ve pedaled for miles and miles
And all I’ve gotten are smiles.
I’ve gone from there to here
And not had a single beer.
And I’m getting a case of the biles.

She got mad at her stupidity
And ashamed of her cupidity.
I know they will scold me
But I did what they told me.
I must have done something wrong
And that’s the name of this song.
