Strange world
How strange this world is!
The wrong-doer is entertained,
But, an innocent is disdained!
A pervert is pricking flesh,
Bragging of his sins.
A poet is banished for his dreams!
How strange these people are,
Who enjoy, the muck of life,
Themselves jokers, let not others survive.

Indeed..It's a strange world. Very well written.
when a lie is repeated over and over it becomes a.truth
even those who know the truth shy away
I am reminded of a great poem, Lend me the light
.......be that light, light over the world...
Very apt. We live in a world of paradox. Great poem
