Swallowed Noodles

Some loose strands of wheat
All invited for a dive
Into a pouch of meat
And filled its cells alive

COMMENTS OF THE POEM

While watching the Olympics in Beijing during the opening ceremonies the commentator mention the great Chinese inventions of writing, movable blocks gunpowder and one other thing which escapes me at this time.But I personally think that Chines food is their best invention-especially noodles which Marco Polo brought back to Italy and Peking duck.Your country did a beautiful job hosting the Oympics which I watched on TV.Your haiku made me hungry...a ten************
