Testament Of Love Poem by Babalola Augustine Adeola

Testament Of Love

I
I fell in love with a woman
Who detest her body
Seeking validation from another.

II
I am married to a woman
Who is in love with a foreign tongue
And subdues her root.

III
I want to be with a woman
Who is fascinated by other men?
Who speaks from their long nose.

IV
I am obsessed with a girl
Who wants to be with the man
That wants to be with another woman.

(V)
I want to die for her,
The one,
Who does not believe in my healing powers?

(VI)
I want to go to war,
For my queen
Who believes mercenaries are better fighters.

(VII)
I fear,
That I am trapped with one,
Who doesn't care for my soul?

(VIII)
I am in love with one,
Who loves frozen stones
And its companion which comes in a square box with round content.

(IX)
I am in love with her,
Who loves the one on the internet,
And not the one on the next street.

(X)
I am in love with vagueness, vanities and waste.
I am not in love with anyone,
Not even with myself.
