The Balm Of A Peaceful Mind
The balm of a peaceful mind restores
One's sense of worth and of balance.
Strong like a rock along the shores
A journey not hindered by distance.
A peaceful mind is an anchor of steel
It holds us steady through the storms.
It guides our sight and strengthens our will
Though battles leave scars on our forms.
A peaceful mind's devoid of hate and worry.
There's rest and calm,it's freed from anger.
No yearning for more of things or money-
A mind at peace is the key to living longer.
