The Intersection Poem by Jona PoloRamirez

The Intersection

Rating: 3.5

Intersection: Bloor - St. George
A route to an academe, four corners converge
The center - four windows to life offer
Which path to follow, a mind left to ponder.

Espresso food for a famish body,
A cornerstone - the road ahead's for me.
A smile - obliteration of life's distinction,
Yet an array of cars forebodes social division.

The intersection - a choice where withall we draw
Human experience paralleled with the world I saw
Cops in yellow - the pillars of order - bike through.

Social ranklings a need for philosophical ethical
Academe, misguided mind a point of intellectual
Minglings, success like a fruit replanted elsewhere.
