The Road Taken Poem by Terence George Craddock (Spectral Images and Images Of Light)

The Road Taken

Rating: 5.0

the long straight road
proves planned
directness of purpose

less time
is taken up
in travel

the long windy road
twists and turns
concealing pleasant surprises

though more time
transpires
traversing chosen path

so few chart course
with compass sextant map
pilot affixing course upon destiny star

many mill around about
intersections first bound here then
there pulled upon by random aimless crowd flow
