The Type Of Woman I Want Poem by Randy McClave

The Type Of Woman I Want

I don't want a woman with a closet full of clothes
To wear for work and play and for different events or shows,
I could not imagine all of the clothing and related bills
Just for her apparel and for her wearing thrills.
Her maintenance I believe would be way to high,
That type of woman, I would have to deny.

I don't want a woman with a bathroom full of perfume and colognes
Believing she must have them all because of her hormones,
And especially if she has every cosmetic that was ever created
And now collecting more she is sincerely elated.
I believe my eyes and my nose would be running both day and night,
I would say that my allergies would have no relief in sight.

I don't want a woman with a house full of kittens
I instead would want a woman who has a yard full of chickens,
And I wouldn't mind her spending money on what they did need
More chicks, and coups, and more feed.
Soon scrambled eggs and fried chicken I would be carving,
And I wouldn't have clothing bills or allergies and I wouldn't be starving.
