The Waiting Room Poem by John Carter Brown

The Waiting Room

Fear crept into my mind that day
Each little twinge gave me creeps,
Battling the thoughts that came 'long my way
Rattling around in my deeps;
Underneath all the bravado
A whispered voice bellowed to me,
'Run for your life if you can, go,
You never know what it might be.'

We've all been there John, great poem, and a good acrostic.
