The world is a lonely place
With various thoughts gone
In affectionate many ways
That never was really done
With so much of sadness inside
From flowers of the past
That once on earth abide
In ways of some loves cast

Those dreams that never were
But only in heart found
Memories few would share
In love deeply bound
For all has its affectionate ways
To give and to make
In its certainty that plays
To enjoy off and wake

The world is a lonely place
And dream don't always awake
Those past memory days
Each life and love can make
So much is into their deep
That we could learn to find
And memories truly keep
That others have left behind
