There was stillness in your gaze.
You wanted to tell something...
About the hill, the pine trees
Or the waterfalls prancing towards
The endless depth of deep ditch...
I was wrong, might be..
You were not thinking anything;
Your void look threw no semantics
Of your untold mind.
The wind along the leaves
Of the grove murmured!
Was that the sound of
Your wailing heart?
My ladylove, the sad music
I heard, I know why was
No wave on your eyelashes!
You were weeping then
I also saw your first love
Among the tourists of
Shillong Peak! I let you
Shed your tear to
Turn you as the cloudless
Crystal sky, a lively fountain,
Or the blue hill after rain!
I felt the bleeding within,
Which still flows in
My bruised veins!
When heart is burdened, words are silent, yet in mute language it can communicate and a bosom friend always understands it and allows it to spill over to be purged and cleared like an azure sky after the rains! ! Beautiful! !
silence yet engraves art of love in eyes heart carves the curve craving within, most ingenious yet metaphoric write,10+++, thanks for sharing

I would like to translate this poem
Thoughtful and emotional rhapsody, blended with rich imagery of nature...hill and pine trees...waterfalls ending in a ditch...weeping...how you felt the bleeding within...all welling up in your 'bruised veins'. Good flow, good write. Looking forward to read more of your work. TFS. ~Leonard Dabydeen
