Trance Poem by Abdul Wahab

Trance

In trance
And doodling
I see a hyacinth
Floating in the
River
Under ground
Secretly
Connected
Five continents
No shore or bank
At far distant long
No hope no dreams
No freedom no wings
Only water and current
Some peculiar
Water animals
And Aquatic plants
Some sharks,
Some poisonous snakes.
Enough salt to
Decompose you alive
No cure no care
Full of cruelty
And torture
It is round about
No destination either
What a trick!
What a trap!
Life is a bigger
Iron cage
Natural
Automatic
Spontaneous
More frustration
Creeps up
None to complain
None to pray
Self creation
Is a self immolation
Bit by bit
Burn yourself
Indefinite!
No one to rescue
Even death has no clue!
