Turning On The Slice Of A Dime Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Turning On The Slice Of A Dime

Realizing that life has been right here all along,
hiding in shadows, trying to stay out of the way.

Not wanting to get stepped on, taking rhythms into
deepest parts of measures of rhythmic melodies.

Not ever leaving them out in the open in order to
be stolen by those who want fame and fortune.
