Valentines Day-A Tide Of Love In A Time Of Thorns. - Poem by Tribhawan Kaul

You came to me like a proposal of red petals
on a swelling tide of rose water.
You love me and I love you
no more time for rituals
for time is a fickle thing
and over your lovely shoulder
the tide of time is turning
bearing only the thorns
we did not see before

Reality is no more hard to bear if there's willing acceptance of the hardships and pains of life too! (Report) Reply
