Walking Another Moment Of Life Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Walking Another Moment Of Life

Instrumentally noticing elusive words of love making their
way onto skyways of another time, looking over edges of
tidy bundles of rhythms and their notes.

Watching smiles as they happily bounce to music, hoping
to never be reminded that our time together will end one
day.

Not wanting to think about it, not ever wanting to feel
the loneliness and sorrow as we walk into another moment
of life.

As we waltz into the peace of this heavenly night, seem-
ing to be effervescently alive, beauty of an interior
energy of spirituality.

Never being used or abused, tasting the joy of being
your true love solely, a precious gift that can never
be bought for it is priceless.

It never will be for sale as long as I live, joyously
meeting our love in passion, desires, wants and needs
so totally in mysteries of precious measures of chords,
meeting and matching with the totality of this life.
