Want - Poem by Benedict Wachira

I want to play,
Play with the kids.

I want to learn,
Learn how to play my guitar.

I want to travel,
Travel all over the world.

I want to speak,
Speak different languages.

I want to interact,
Interact with other cultures.

I want to spend,
Spend all eternity with you.

But I can’t,
Because the world is still unequal,
Is still unfair,
If not to me, then to others.

Wonderful thought! Yes, we all want to do one thing or the other but we are all limited. kudos (Report) Reply
