Waterwall Poem by Manonton Dalan

Waterwall

why is this waterfall
blocking my brain
could it be i am fish
could it be i am bird
or caught in between
hahaha i could rest

trying to find rainbow
in spray; i saw tint
covering roughness
of jagged old rocks
behind that misting
is ugly truth, it can
break your bones

below, tiny mouths
wait for falling food
growing on rocks
grab by gravity
down river, are legs
of bigger mouths
trying to catch a lunch
