We All Are American's Poem by Randy McClave

We All Are American's

We should not see Americans as red, yellow, black or white
We should see all Americans as their might,
And we should see them by the accomplishments that they made
And from the diversities from which they wade.
We should not support any groups that protects one pigment
To believe any color is better than another it is a lie and a figment,
Look at the color of the storm driven rainbow
As one, the colors all release a beautiful unified glow.
Though you and I might have a different colored skin
That doesn't say where we are going, or where we have been,
We all are Americans red, yellow, white and black
And as Americans we will and should always have each other's back.
I will support you and proudly I will stand at your side
And I will always support your honored heritage and pride,
We all are Americans red, black, white and yellow
And we all are equal to any other fellow.
The color of our skin doesn't tell anyone who we are
But, sadly we are known by our bruises and even a scar,
Because we are Americans we were born from the same great tree
Where we were grafted freedom. religion, peace, love and a unity.
The color of someone's skin doesn't say that they are any better
In the end we leave our body, then unto the lord we all are a debtor,
And on the battlefields these words have been proudly read
That we all are American's, white, black, yellow and red.
The color of someone's skin doesn't mean one damn thing
Especially when the bells of liberty begins to ring,
We will stand together as all proud patriots always do
Because, we all are Americans as red, white and blue.
