We Are Not Very Different Poem by Hebert Logerie

We Are Not Very Different

Rating: 5.0

We are not very different at all
Yet, we kick the same ball
We behave similarly
We get up in the morning
We brush our teeth regularly
We smile, talk and sing
We eat our breakfast
Sometimes we walk fast
Other times we walk slowly
Because we're very lazy
We do what we have to do
We talk, drink, eat and chew
We act weird or stupid a lot
We seem to enjoy life
We take a break on the mat
We spit, fall, get up and laugh
We return home
We follow the same routine
We call friends, dad or mom
We learn not to be mean
We shower, we go to bed
We dream dreams that we forget
We try not to be sad or bad
And to behave as our own pet.
