We remain afloat

Each bright day ends
And sends
Fresh appraisal
To think as an individual

You have time to look back
Correct the action in book
Write down with new day's start
And make it as permanent part

Not all days pass smoothly
But occur regularly
To remind us that time is main factor
We should seize the opportunity and go for

No one shall guide
Or confide
But you got to take split second decision
That too with precision

Gone are the days
And may suggest dome corrective ways
It is for us to lie down and think
How best can we remain afloat and not sink
