What Else To Eat, Palestine Poem by Ibnu Din Assingkiri

What Else To Eat, Palestine

Rating: 5.0

What will you eat today?
I ate village styled curry
Salted gutters coconut milk stew,
With pineapple and eggplant
Scrumptious saliva by just looking
Some boiled okra side dish,
With macang fruit sambal
Certainly, will add more rice...

What do you eat today?
Palestine. Magloobeh crumbs
Mixed with destruction debris
No Saj bread. Do you still want,
Sfeeha pudding when pieces of
Human flesh scattered
What else to eat, Palestine?
Remnants of laughter, the Israel-America.
