What good are dreams,
If I must awake?
When with first light,
My love you forsake.
What good are dreams,
Where I hold you tight,
When you disappear,
With the morning light.
What good are dreams,
Where I kiss your lips?
When we pass in the night,
Just like passing ships.
What good are dreams,
To my broken heart?
When with the advent of morning,
You always depart.
What good are dreams,
When you're absent from me?
And only in dreams,
Your face can I see.

Keep dreaming Juan, sometimes dreams are all we have left. Beautiful, great read.
Lovely poem, keep dreaming they might, just might come true. I loved the rhyme.
