What I Need Poem by Kat Smith

What I Need

the witch
the witch
she moves with easy
the witch
the witch
I did not appease
the witch the witch
that I do ignore
the witch
the witch
she begs for more
she pleads with me to show her pain
she begs me to tear her off her high horse
she is begging
yes she is begging

the temptation to give in in overwhelming
of course

I breath
slowly
uneasy
needy

I want to show her what she has done to me
to drag her with me into the pits of misery
to take her where she sent me

the witch
the witch
the wretch
she did
take away all that i want
and I cannot
handle it

her monopoly on friends you see
Is driving
driving me crazy

my heart beats erratically
then steadily
I focus in on her weaknesses

I need
I WANT
I MUST HAVE

revenge

oh sweet
delectable
savory
luscious

revenge

i must have her head on a platter

when
where
how

that doesn't matter

i absolutely
positively

NEED

revenge

Hello poet Kitty. That's a great read and sounds like a song. Well done. Loyd
