What If Poem by Nikita Dutt

What If

Rating: 4.5

What if it’s my last day?
What if it’s my last night?
What if there will be no more sunrises?
No more morning wishes to family and friends.
If something happens don’t remember me for my good or ridicule me for my bad,
Just recall me for my crazy acts and smile,
Do not shed even a single teardrop,
Your one teardrop will make me shed infinity of them,
Just remember me for me being I
And your smile will give me life
Even when my soul leaves my body,
When I stop breathing.
Please do give me life after there will be no life.
