Holly Jamestone (San Diego, CA U.S.A.)
Who Is God
God is good and kind and just
He cradles us each day
Even when we think He's gone
He's never far away
I don't believe He judges us
Beneath a looking glass
Nor frowns upon our human side
When bad things come to pass
God is good with one less 'o'
He loves us all the same
Memorizing who we are
And never placing blame
I don't believe He sees our flaws
He knows us as His own
Unconditionally loving us
So we are not alone
God is good, His love divine
His message calm and clear
Even when we can't feel Him
His heart is always near
