Who Will Honour Remember Praise Our Struggle Poem by Terence George Craddock (Spectral Images and Images Of Light)

Who Will Honour Remember Praise Our Struggle

Rating: 3.5

We recognize the power of the written words
bravery of reporters journalists photographers

power of precisely focused startling shock images
images that cry freedom poverty oppression crimes

against our inflicted humanity youth screams
who will honour remember praise our struggles
corrosive effect of war on afflicted flesh minds

hunger bloats starvation indifference, political gains
drought famine disease rise upon, mega manic markets
clinical sterile slavery lords over life, in boardrooms.
