Life is a kaleidoscope
A roller coaster of emotion
A stage where dramas never cease
To haunt us in slow motion

Yet life is full of breathtaking wonders
Even as storm clouds form amid rolling thunder
And lightning bolts tear the sky apart
Yet a rainbow following soothes our hearts

Green leaves and red roses in Summer
Ice cream and cold soda to remember
Autumn’s scarlet leaves and cool breezes
Soon with winter come sneezes and wheezes

Who can forget the earthy smell of Spring?
Of baby birds clinging to their mother’s wings
Of buds and young blooms soon to burst into color
And Cupid joyfully creating couple trouble
