Years By: Logan Mcdougall

Through the casim of the darkness of Sins.
My God I hold onto, but flesh always wins.
Oh God, my God I am not worthy to know you.
The depths of my mind I only wish I knew.
My body riddled with pain self-inflicted.
This life on earth completly conflicted.
This feeling I can't explain deep down dark and light.
At the pit of my heart and soul is a battle who will win the fight?
I don't paint this picture for attention to me.
years of this pain my flesh brings to it self.
I hope and I pray...Hope and Pray for flesh to be free.
I do what I do not want to do, only influence is the pain indulged on Oneself

Oh, house of mourning I run to you!
Through thick and thin...through and through!
Tears of this pain is medicine to my soul.
Wash my hands, but now the sin is in the bowl.
My life spins faster and faster.
Hit a wall here, hit a wall there, oh look no more plaster.
When bottom falls out and my soul can't even whisper.
It tries all it can, but my spirit suppressed to a flicker.
Will you let it beat you? mutilate? emotion upon emotion upon an event.
Crawling on wounded soldier Bloodied and Broken struggling to vent?
Judas, dead, guilted by blood money, Hanging, Lord am I broken yet?
I have gone to far, the terrors of darkness encamp around me blinded By a net!

In the midst of the night saddness is heightened but joy comes with the Morning! The bowl is Poured out, the wall is remended, I the wounded Soldier Rise from the Ashes, bandage Knife and Shrapenel wounds, Back to base, Medal of Honor! Oh euphoric explosion of Galatia Grace abounds in the House of the Lord Today! Oh Taste and See that the Lord is good! so distant and blinded by sin, Last Resort, Holy Blood must be shed! Past Present and Future transgressions blotted out by Perfect sight to the forsaken and Bloodied Lamb bearing the weight of the world! but it must be done, I must mirror image my Risen Savior. This Perfect sacrifice, A Love uncomparable, I will say who is like You? Who is like you? If you could die with all of our Sins, You my inspiration! Than we may be broken and beaten by sin, but Never leads to Never give up! But It's neither how hard you've been beaten, nor how hard you fell, but what did you do? When you're face to face armored against hell!
