You Must Be Kidding Poem by George BernardBloodyShaw

You Must Be Kidding

Rating: 5.0

Kids must be kids.
Our government
acts like kids.
No government
or control,
just on a roll
to rob and roll,
you may be rolled
by a fourteen-year-old,
for ye
no power to be
to protect oneself
you're on the shelf,
if you're lucky
or else it's A & E.
From government
the facts
more tax
for what?
To be robbed by a prat
a government fat cat
or societies
kids on skids.
No hiding place
to protect my space.
Oh! What is to be
just for little me.
