Your Absence, Oh Spring Blossom Poem by Hebert Logerie

Your Absence, Oh Spring Blossom

Rating: 4.8

Your absence makes me very morose,
Oh gentle lily with an ebony smile!
Spring is here, the air is very cool,
And the wind caresses my cheeks and my lips
Having polydipsia, a big thirst of you. I have fever.
Your absence upsets, disturbs and messes up my peace.
Oh Christ! Your image is sealed in my emotion,
And you control the cold, my desire and my steps.
I feel sick, abnormal and a little crazy.
Oh spring flower with an ebony smile,
Come and take me away from this mount of sorrow,
With one of your kisses so warm and so sweet.
Everything is weird and dreary for me. I am waiting for you.
The clock is spinning fast and time is racing by.
Come. Hurry up. It's getting late. It is the right time.

Seems to me like a multilingual touch of Spring Fever, very poetically and amorously expressed! Beautiful poem.
