Between The Flowers And The Sun Poem by Alyssa Rieper

Between The Flowers And The Sun

Glaring at each other, like a staring competition between the flowers and the sun, we feed off each other’s energy
Painting the horizon and lighting the darkness with color and exuberation
What would the spring be without the warmth and light we radiate?
Could the rest of the world exist without both of us acting together harmoniously working on creating a community where liberty is spent being proof God’s hands weild the most impossible miracle? We are that proof.
You, me, and Him are all sun-bathed in each other’s presence.
