Borrowed

Borrowed
He saw the look in the eyes
He couldn't believe his eyes
He heard the words spoken
He could't believe his ears
He knew it could not be true
He was sure of it
Yet his doubts she kept increasing....
As yet it was a duty?
If so why this much sincerity?
Trust was sleeping on the wicker chair
Basking in sunlight
Where light dispels the dark
But we especially in love
With all lights on
Appear caught in the dark
Borrowed time is little known off!

Faith is taking the first step even when you don't see
the whole staircase.
