Friends, Love, Life

In all honesty, you are beautiful
Despite the backlash
Between the mind and that beating drum
Slipped, tripped, fell in
That four letter word
Caved in,
A world of a word which I don't understand
A dramatic change of feelings
Agonizing pain of lovely memories
A friendship changed,
Through the cause of one word
Between two others

To say she's beautiful
Is an understatement
She's beyond a bond
My life's blood
Resonates through her veins
The combination of hers and mine
One, breath of her breath
A life created by tango
Two, a strong kick, healthy
A joy, shown through a teary smile
Not heaven sent but heaven itself

Nice way of putting that one loves is like being confronted with heaven itself. Nice way of putting this idea across. Great lines. (Report) Reply

Friends all over the world....yeah, it's also strange for me(I mean the lines: A dramatic change of feelings
    Agonizing pain of lovely memories
    A friendship changed,
Through the cause of one word
    Between two others
Still it's a mystery for me that how a word can ruin a relation between two friends those were close to each other for years?
    a great work
    well done (Report) Reply

Kevin, this may be my favourite so far! Especially the last stanza! The discovery of your new felt bond, and joy described beautifully. Perfect! (Report) Reply

A little while a little love
The hour yet bears for thee and me
Who have not drawn the veil to see
If still our heaven be lit above.
Thou merely, at the day's last sigh,
