Hiding A Knowing Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Hiding A Knowing

Fulfilling empty thoughts with particles of imagination, filtering through intellect, finding a knowing hiding timidly behind death's curtains.
Watching for clues on how soon life will trade me in for death's insistence.
Taking hope and keeping it in pockets of prayer, saving it for another day when I can see clearly over a new horizon.
