I Am Not Alone Poem by James Darwin Smith II

I Am Not Alone

Rating: 5.0

Lost, not knowing
Where nomadic roads reside
Feeling alone
As this heart beats
Cobwebs of emotions
As this love somehow
Has been a phantom
That haunt these dreams
Into false prophecies
And it forces me
To die a little bit
Of time wasted
Wondering what could of been
If I looked the part
Of something special
Yet, the beast of me
Scares on

What if our souls took over?
And who we were from deep within
Is what the world saw us be?

I exist within the dreams
Of a billion miles above
And beyond

And someday
The universe
Will take me for who I am

Her universe?
Who really knows...

Lost looking into the vast beyond
The endless paradox
the very place
That will make my spirit strong

I am not alone
