If Awry Our Aim, We Wound Others

Rating: 5.0

If Awry Our Aim, We Wound Others (A Triolet)

Trying to hit nails on their heads,
I just hit my own finger-nails!
I rebuked my 'Aim' whilst they bled.

Trying to hit nails on their heads,
'Don't miss the mark! ' to 'Aim' I said,
But heard only the poor walls' wails!

Trying to hit nails on their heads,
I just hit my own finger-nails!
