In The Night

Subtle evolvement eludes
My awareness until full
Expression becomes mundane
Then up against the blackdrop
Of life, color emerges
Weaving in and out
The face in the mirror
Is changed as perception does
Although physically not
New persons surface
Amid the ruins and happiness
Building yet again
A new day
