Limerick-89. Hard Earned Wisdom

Rating: 5.0

He made sneaky advances amorous
On women who were glamorous
Once he was trapped
In public he was slapped
Learnt late, his ‘game' was dangerous!

It sounds like you are talking about Donald Trump. Do you hear much about him there in India?

There is an admiring stare short and sweet, A fraction of a moment too long, and it is different

The man learnt his lesson, and he won't repeat his advances. Looking at a serious problem-but the funny side of it.

Serves him better. Not every women is available nor conquered. Men misinterpret the word glamorous. Looking beautiful and well dressed is a woman's born desire, it doesn't mean she is open to make advances. Loved the limerick... Beautifully written with a pinch of humor and sarcasm 10++++++++++++

Yes, the poetic form has had her justification, but i am sad at the 'he' hahhaha, as he was advancing amorously, and not forcing cheating, though. Imagine, these glamours women, who enthralled him, finally trapped and slapped! Was it to teach him his 'game' was dangerous? No man on earth would ever be dangerously amorous / amorously dangerous. (Thank you for making me, really, burst into a laugh.) that's what a limerick is all about. rgds.

enjoyed your comment..... But these amorous men won't stop with just being amorous... Silence from the part of the females will be taken as a positive nod and might overstep the boundary!
