Lonely man:

I once new a man full of tears
he stays to himself through all the years

he's lonely, know one to talk to
he's only asking for one friend or two

he works all day sitting so bored
then he goes home to be bored some more

why is it hard to find a friend to hang out
he says to himself as he lets out a shout

trying to get by with out anyone there
some people guess he is nothing and stare

why wont you love me, i really do care
he talks to himself more and more it's just not fair

he dose have a girlfriend who stays once in a while
guess it good because he loves her smile

shes all I have no one else here with me
he says as his girl starts to leave

see him for what he is and nothing more
if he shows up at your house open the door

once you meet him you'll agree
the man wanting friends well guess you know its me.....

How the heart feels a languid grief
Laid on it for a covering,
And how sleep seems a goodly thing
