Lullaby For A Missing Child



Little boy blue
I would if I could
Haul you up in my mended fishnet.

Jewels of rising moon aglow
And in place of all my food
Gift the globe to you.

I sit long by twilit window
the trouble with all other boys
other joys yet...

they are not you...Little boy blue.
