Martyrs Of Ignorance! Poem by Rajendran Muthiah

In secular democracies
the terror groups swearing
by extreme religious vows
have no place to act
and the youths aren't aware of this fact.
For the reason of great gains
the youths sell themselves
to these inhuman groups
and inflict pains even to their own people.
They tell the world, they took this step
to die as a martyr to their religion
and fool the whole world to boil.
They become martyrs by committing several murders!

Don't call the terrorists killed
or the convicts hanged as martyrs
of any religion or unfounded nation.
They are martyrs of ignorance.
