Midst Of Rhythms Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Midst Of Rhythms

Watching you with a smile on my face and in my heart,
radiantly loving you, my darling, fully and admiring-
ly, secrets of my heart uniting with yours.

Making love tonight, such a precious amount of feel-
ings touching both of us explicitly in the midst of
our rhythms of life altogether.

COMMENTS OF THE POEM
Daniel Brick 02 February 2017

The rhythms you evoke in this poem refer essentially to the dimension of time in which we have our being. Rhythms are the passage of time through space, the tick-tock of clocks or the pulsing of our arteries or the moments we see, hear, touch things and people. And all of this activity, all of this movement for you is an expression of L-O- V-E. What a wonderful sentiment you share in this poem! The very life of the Universe is embodied in your words. And what a marvelous coincidence: this poem by you comes right after my poem IN GOD'S EYE in the Poemhunter list of poems of the past 24 hours.
