As memories of you forever live on
even when from you I am at times gone
even while from you at times I am gone,
when my life is sometimes cluttered
the kind words that in love you uttered
are like the many things that you have done
as memories of you forever live on.

As memories of you forever live on
in my life you remain the only one
who on me did goodness bestow.
In a way you remain wherever I go,
even when my ways are set hard like stone,
as memories of you forever live on.
