No Longer Reality Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

No Longer Reality

Tears falling into pillows of sadness and sorrow where
they're being absorbed into another dimension of thought.

Without your love, this life is no longer filled with any
laughter, enthusiasm or sharing with you.

All that's left to do is wait, but what is it that I'm
waiting for?

Needing to be with you hand in hand, hearts totally meld-
ed together through days and nights forever.

Wanting only to be with you honey, for that's the only way
that happiness and joy can be shared by both of us.

Stretching life, trying to hold onto it, even though know-
ing in our hearts, minds and souls that it just cannot be
our reality anymore on earth for you have gone beyond sight.
